No Returns or Exchanges will be accepted on customized items.

Returns and Exchanges will only be accepted with previous approval from our Customer Service Team.

If a Return or Exchange is approved, it must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with the original tags intact, and in the original condition when received by The Official's Gear Bag.

Buyer is responsible for all Return and Exchange shipping charges.

The Official's Gear Bag reserves the right to deny any Return or Exchange.

Discount Codes must be entered at checkout. Only one (1) Discount Code may be used per order. No refunds, additions, or alterations of an order using a discount code will be made after the order is placed.
